I choose a product at clickbank.com , because they have thousands of products to choose from and I have never had any problems with payments since I started with them. They pay every 14 days. This is one of the best places to start when you are new to affiliate marketing. You can also go to cb-analytics.com and choose the top 10 products in a category of your choice. Here you will get a better idea of the newest products that gets released and which products are very popular to promote.

After you have chosen the product and got your affiliate link you are ready to start promoting your affiliate link.
Hint: I very often register my own domain for a product at GoDaddy.com. This makes your affiliate links more attractive and readers tend to click more on a registered domain than an ugly long affiliate link.(optional)

A lot of article directories do not allow direct affiliate links in an article for example ezine . If you buy your own domain name you can use the domain advancement option, which will be allowed by most article directories.

Before you can advertise your product you 1st have to do keyword research to decide under which keywords you are going to promote the service . You don’t want to choose high competitive keywords, but rather long tail keywords, which sometimes are more targeted to ready to buy customers.

When you write your post try not to excess promote, because it is not your job to sell the product , but the landing page   of the seller or publisher. If the sales page is well written you should only bring the visitors to that page and the rest will follow by itself.
